The Palms offer good size apartments for the lowest price in Charleston (that we've found). The area is awesome and the grounds are kept clean. The maintenance staff is fantastic, helpful, and prompt; the office staff work with you over any concerns. Overall, the only reason we'll move is if we have to, or if we can buy a house.

3 out of the 4 employees I have encountered were OUTSTANDING, Always polite and ready to assist. One office staff member was very rude and defensive when approached about a property issue. so much so a male exited the office and sat out in the front as if to tackle me for being a problem. All I was doing is asking her why she was so rude....
I am sorry you felt that any of our staff was rude. We try to handle issues promptly and be respectful of your opinions. Please let us know if there is anything you need help with.
My experience has been nice. The only complaint that I have is worth upper management. After I had a major issue, I felt that the office manager, Lisa, was very rude to me. Rob on the other hand, always my saving grace.
I certainly do not mean to be rude to any of my residents - you are all very important to us. Sometimes, I can not give the preferred answers but I will always try to do my best to reach a win/win for everyone. I will share your appreciation with Rob - he is very good at what he does - the whole Palms staff are here to help so let us know if there is anything you need! Thanks for your input.

Will my comments really have an impact /cause a change on your company's policies? I don't think so!
I've complained about me paying for a prorated water/sewer bill for years. Each apartment should have it's own meter. I live alone, and should not have to pay for water consumption used by families with small kids in other buildings. That waist 3 to 5 gallons of water with every flush when they have to tinkle.
So don't ask me for a comment if no change/noth
I definitely understand where you are coming from. Unfortunately, when our property was built they did not meter each apartment. We have a formula that splits the water charges by the number of people per apartment so you do not have a bill as high as those with more residents.
