the office staff excels in meeting your needs when it comes to maintenance issues and also strives to resolve any complaints you may have. Castlewood management strives in keeping a clean and safe environment.
Everyone here is very nice. Any time I have a maintenance problem, which is seldom, they come in a timely manner. The grounds are always clean and neat.
It's quiet, relatively clean, and the apartments are spacious.
Management is good. However maintaince do not always complete the request. They did a lot of touch up paint just before I move d into appartment. I can tell I used to work in a complex myself. I just wanted them to do more cut work with the paint. I saw dirty spots .. I wanted my place to start off to a good start.
The office staff is nice, and the maintenance workers are very prompt and courteous. We've never had an issue that didn't get resolved in a timely manner.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
