My likes and dislikes about this community are: 20 mins from nearly everywhere in town. 30 mins from the beach (Kiowa) and 45 from Isle of Palms depending on who is driving. Pet park, pool, and a good place to run or workout. Enjoy the ponds and the wildlife--a perfect combination of woods and palm trees so you know that you are in SC!
I did a lot of research with surrounding communities upon moving into Bolton's Landing and I found that compared to other apartments this community is priced nicely for the location, upgrades, and amenities. My likes and dislikes are: Great quality apartments with upgrades. QUIET community. I love living here. Its been a pleasure working with the staff as they have always been friendly and very helpful. Overall Great community.
Very nice place to call home! Made it very easy to move in from out of state! My likes and dislikes are: The community is always kept clean and maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues. Love the pool and kids area. Very nice place to live!

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
