I have a family with three small kids - we continue to renew leases and make this our home. Maintenance and the office do a great job a keeping us all happy. Our kids love the pools, their friends, the huge playground, basketball courts - they have a Homework Club that are kids have been a part of for 2 years. I have never heard of an apartment community with a free afterschool and summer program. I am very appreciative of all that they do for me and my family!!!

Staff is really friendly and prompt with any services I need. I've lived here over 5 years now and will continue to stay here!
Ok,first of all my air condition would not get cold and I was told that the insulation wasn't properly filled in the attic area so for 3 years my bill was very high and when I moved the charged my for cleaning the stove which I did before I left and a stain in the carpet that was there when I moved in and cleaned often

For the amount of rent we are paying, the quality should be equal. The only real perk is that it's spacious. The playgrounds equipment is rusted and always dirty. The children are always using profanity and fighting. That playground was a bonus reason for us moving in. My counter tops in my kitchen are not proportion with the oven unit. Therefore food and debris to get in the cracks. The flooding is awful. I don't think our car will last another year with the flooding in this neighborhood.
Bug issues after neighbors moved in and when they left.
Thanks for sharing - we take all responses serious and continue to adjust and escalate our services. On a positive note - we have contracted our pest control to a new company effective 2-1-15, and will see the results of the new services.
