I have received wonderful service, everyone is polite and willing to help and the place is beautiful. My neighbors are wonderful and it's not noisy.
The new staff in the office are really great people and they've always done their best to help me with whatever my needs are. The maintenance team has also made a lot of improvements since I've been here. I feel at home here, the apartments are very cozy, and sometimes I get breakfast delivered to my door!
Management has changed several times in the 2 years I have lived here and the newest management has been no help in the minimal requests I have made. I have become very disappointed with the Summit at Cross Creek and can't wait to leave. The rent keeps going up and the number of residents keeps going down. Coincidence?
None of our maintenance requests are being met in a timely manner, or being met at all. We have to put in multiple requests and call and its still not being done. Utilities weren't clearly stated to us in our rental agreement so now we are paying the price for that. Bad customer service and just not a good rental experience for me and my roommate.

I can not wait to get out of this apartment complex. When I moved in our carpets were disgusting had stains on them and my walls had holes in them. In my apartment we have had many appliance/ maintenance issues and I have called and asked the maintenance staff to come fix them, but they do not come unless you call 3 or 4 times. Also when it comes time to pay your rent, the complex leaves notes on your door telling you have additional charges but they do not say what for. Also pool is gross
