The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The grounds and apartment are well maintained. When I down-sized, The Colony was the first place I looked because of the resort-like atmosphere. I did not look at any other apartments, I signed up right away. I have renewed my lease and plan to be here for many years.

The staff is very helpful and responsive to needs. The apartment is a great value.
Everything is great except one Assistant Community Manager that came with the new management company who has been rude every time I've encountered her.
Lived here 4 months now, and any problem or request have always been handled within 30 mins, very friendly staff, the three maintenance guys are awesome and helpful beyond their job requirements. The parking lot lighting is great. I would only recommend a gate at the entrance.... it will lower my insurance and peace of mind :)
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
