The staff at Colonial Gardens is excellent. They helped us find the right apartment and made it very easy.
The staff is excellent and responds quickly to issues. The apartments are efficient and have great soundproofing on the sides but up down is not that great. Parking can be a problem depending on where you live. Most places have ample parking but some end buildings need more spots or assigned spots.
It's beautiful location, the apartment is perfect design, it's a quiet residential community.
The staff was so warm and friendly they made it feel like home from the time u walked in the door
same day service on maintenance requests, Colonial Gardens just makes it feel at home. We are minutes from the rail trail and there is a wonderful walking path and fitness facility for our use/enjoyment.. Grounds are kept clean, if you address an in issue with something, it is taken care of in a professional manner.. Friendly and courteous staff is a plus as well..

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
