Caring and responsive management and staff. Maintenance issues handled promptly-incuding parking lot snow plowing and sidewalk shoveling. Great location, convenient to everything. Monthly programs and activities. Apartment is beautiful-clean, comfortable, and safe.
Everything has been top notch . . . from the beginning the rental agents were very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The apartment was prepared and any suggestions were accommodated . . . from adding knobs to bathroom cabinets, new paint, carpeting and a welcome basket full of goodies. Any maintenance requests have been handled promptly and snow removal has been excellent. I am looking forward to attending some of the special events and enjoying the pool facilities in the summer!

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
