From MD/PA Line: Take I-83 North to Glen Rock exit (exit) 8. At bottom or ramp make left and go .7 miles, right turn on Susquehanna Trail. Go .3 miles, left on Rt. 216W. The staff at Colonial Gardens is excellent. They helped us find the right apartment and made it very easy.
The staff is excellent and responds quickly to issues. The apartments are efficient and have great soundproofing on the sides but up down is not that great. Parking can be a problem depending on where you live. Most places have ample parking but some end buildings need more spots or assigned spots.
Thank you for your compliments! Our team works hard to make sure requests are handled promptly and appreciate your kind words. We do have parking guidelines in place to help alleviate parking issues and also offer overflow parking for additional vehicles or guests.
