Have been almost completely satisfied. However, we have a refrigerator that has been leaking since we moved in Aug 1. We just keep towels on the floor, but have some concerns about long term flooring damage.
Our apartment is spacious, but there have been a few maintenance concerns that have not been given timely attention from the staff. The playground area behind the apartment complex has also not been maintained properly. For example, there is a swing that has been broken for months.
The apartment is old and really needs upgrades. The windows are absolutely horrible. the dryer set up is also awful, venting inside and making the house extremely damp. Some of the wood balconies and other things around the complex are rotted. But the worst is the windows and the dryer.
Loud neighbors...dogs barking at all times been at night!! Arguments in the parking lot!! For the amount of money I'm paying...I expect peace and quite!! Not city life!! Can't wait to move!!!
