Not too noisy and things seem to get fixed quickly.
Apartment is spacious. Location is excellent.
hot water is subject to availability at times. We have very hard water, I have a brand new dishwasher and my dishes still pay the cost if I use it.
The current property manager is awesome, although I understand there are only so many things that the property manager can take care of. I've been living there for 2yrs and can still only use 1 washing machine, and the other one puts black marks on your clothing. The hot water runs out, this was not an issue when I first moved into the complex.
There is a consistent issue with the hot water. I have called about this over 30 times in the several years I have lived here. Several of my neighbors experience the same problem. Also our washing machines have been out of order for over 3 months. The management of the complex appears poor.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
