I have lived at Mingo Apartments for about 3 years. Not only is the property kept exceptional, the staff are great and friendly. The staff also have been very attentive this includes the maintence worker as well as the leasing agent as well as the property manager. The community has a very friendly and homely feel.
apartment is perfect for what I need. Management on duty is excellent, and responds in the same day. Never had any issues and I love my apartment
I love living at Mingo. The concrete floors/ceilings keep noise to a minimum. The staff is super responsive to concerns and problems are fixed immediately. The grounds are well kept, the neighbors are nice and the surrounding neighborhood is safe and appealing. If you don't need fancy amenities like pools or spas, this is a really affordable alternative in high-quality apartment living.
I have been at Mingo since 2012 and have been pleased with the care given to the apartment grounds and the apartments themselves. Whenever I have requested something having to do with maintenance it has been handled quickly and well. My apartment is relatively quiet which I especially appreciate.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
