Solid, safe apartment building. Wondering about maintenance calls.
Its a quite area
My apartment was dirty and moldy when I moved in the window screen broken and the blinds were not changed the rules here have changed and only seem to apply to some and not others
Definitely not worth all the money you have to pay out... I've had to deal with numerous issues while living here. They say heat is free.. It's really not your paying so much money but still have to deal with being cold cause they keep the heaters set so low the washers and dryers are barely ever functioning they group everyone's water together and split the cost which is ridiculous so if your neighbor is using lots of water and your trying to save water it doesn't even matter your paying theres
Apartment complex run down. Not enough after hour maintenance to help with apartment problems.. Washer and dryer facilities don't work half the time so u have to go to a laundry mate. They do not have enough staff to keep up with the overall appearance of the complex.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
