I have been very impressed this winter with all the snow at how they plow our parking and keep it safe for the residents. This winter has been a real challenge and Olace One has risen to be of superior status.
Thank you for taking the time to tell us what you think! Glad you think we are doing a good job, but can also make some improvements to make our service outstanding. Our property team has already responded directly to our certified resident to see how we can make their apartment living experience better.
The housecleaning of the apartment community is not up to good standing. The hallway carpets are dirty and have not been cleaned for a long time. The freight elevator is not reliable and needs to be replaced or completely overhauled. When you enter the lobby from the outside, it is very impressive. Then you get into the very old and outdated elevators and it is very disappointing.
Morgan Properties greatly appreciates your time and feedback. We want to make every effort to improve so we have reached out directly to our certified resident to get more details. We take the time to open a dialogue and find out how we can create a higher level of satisfaction.
Step up upkeep efforts (more frequent vacuuming of hallways; with more pets being allowed affected floor need more frequent deep cleaning). Responsiveness to service requests has been very good. The maintenance technicians are great and demonstrate a great attitude.
This certified resident cared enough to take the time to detail areas where can improve so we have contacted them directly. We make every effort to make apartment home living a great experience and sometimes we need to learn from where we fell short. Thank you for posting this information and we can't wait to make every effort to "WOW" you next time.
