Carriage Park is located in beautiful Scott Township. Just 4 miles from PNC Park and downtown, it's an easy commute to work, sporting events, concerts and the theater district. We are minutes away from Robinson Township, South Hills Village, and the airport, all with no city wage taxes!! We are situated on 54 acres of rolling hills, meticulously manicured grounds, 24 hour emergency maintenance and a friendly office staff wait for you at Carriage Park! We have floor plans ranging from quaint studios to 3 bedroom townhouses, so whatever you're looking for, you can find it at Carriage Park!

The maintenance staff always there when you need them and are polite. Grounds are meticulously kept clean. Snow removal good! I like my neighbors, very kind.
I found it satisfactory except for two items: 1. Lock out fee even during working hours. 2. Huge application fee. (There is charge for removing someone from lease)
Place is well maintained. Premises are clean. General ambience is great and appealing. Things are promptly fixed and cared for. Office staff needs to be a little bit mindful of their conduct with future and current tenants.
The Good is they have a really good on call service for issues in the apartment. AND office staff on site. The Bad is they are very vague in the communication. Specificity is missing in the notices and communication. The Ugly is there aren't enough sidewalks in the community. Every day in the evening. People walk in the middle of the road from bus stop to their apartments. This is a security problem. Also the street lights are not there at some of the intersections. The rents are way higher.
Well, the exterior of the buildings are in poor shape. For example, the window well to my place has been rusted out for several years. No one has ever taken the initiative to fix it. In addition, the trash pick up here is horrible.
