The common areas are kept clean and tidy.
I like that I have an elevator ( bad knees)
A washer and dryer on each floor.
Although I am presently not using the facilities I like that there is a fitness center.
The grounds of the Apartments are very appealing. The outdoor pool is a nice perk.
The lobby is very tasteful and welcoming. The trees are very important to me. I can see the opposite hillside with trees and vegetation from my windows. Maintenance service has been very good. Tenants are friendly and respectful.
Very quick and efficient maintenance, the apartment I moved into was clean and spotless. Reasonable price for a 1 bedroom apartment. Lots of living space and storage space. Free parking and use of the gym downstairs and pool are added benefits.
the buildings are well maintained, the hall carpets are always clean and so is the lobby, repairs are done quickly, deliveries are brought to your door, the laundry facilities are good, I like that they have recycle bins for paper and plastic, the parking lot and hill are plowed/salted so there is never any trouble getting in/out, neighbors are friendly but not in your business, the halls are quiet, I would recommend this complex to anyone.

Take the Forest Hills Exit. Move into far L lane. At stoplight turn L onto Morrow Rd. turn L onto Bryn Mawr Rd. The Info Center will be in the building on your R West Building. FROM THE NORTH: I-279 S towards Pittsburgh. Exit onto I-579 (Veterans Bridge), merge onto Blvd. of the Allies. I-376 E toward Monroeville. Go through the Squirrel Hill Tunnels. Take the Forest Hills Exit. Move into far L lane. At stoplight turn L onto Morrow Rd. turn L onto Bryn Mawr Road. The Info Center will be in the building on your R West Building.
