once a year free carpet cleaning, especially since there is not an hard wood floor option. Also exterior cleaning of the glass patio slide doors. It is difficult to manage if you are on the higher levels.
There is a big problem with cleanliness on the apartment grounds. People are not picking up after their dogs and there is trash strewn on the grass outside my apartment. It really looks disgusting. When visiting the gym, there often isn't drinking water, disinfectant and paper towels available.
Yes the dog station put down the law on the dog station.I love dogs but don,t like when the resident don,t pick up the dog mess then i step in it.why? so put the law down if the resident don,t pick up the dog mess thy will be fine.or you can one dog park.
we have no grass outside our door. It's only mud. Carpets are ruined. Very messy to walk outside when it rains. Very poor landscaping on this side of the court.
Maitenance repairs need to be done quicker/response time.
