I love living at Park Towne Place! The management here has really upgraded the quality of the North, West and East buildings, while renovating the South. The attention they provide the current residents is above average. I don't usually do reviews but I'm smiling looking out my window while doing this one!
There was a note monthly asking to renew lease when the lease was renewed 2 months before the previous lease was due.
I like the location and the apartment is nice, we have a lot of space, however I hate it how many times we do not have hot water. This really needs to be addressed properly. I do not think I am the only unsatisfied customer you have regarding the hot water issue.
My apartment is large and get a lot of sunshine from windows at south side. Besides, environment surrounding our apartment building is great because it's quiet and close to wonderful museums or some other facilities. But we don't know when we have to move out due to the renovation of apartment buildings...
I love being a resident at Park Towne Place Apartments. As progress continues with the overall improvements being made, I look forward to having a great summer experience here as well.
