For three generations, the Lindy family has built a reputation of excellence on a foundation of integrity and quality services. In 1933, Jacob and Freeda Lindy entered property management. By 1939, they built Sedgwick Gardens, a West Mount Airy luxury apartment community. Remarkably, more than 70 years later, Sedgwick Gardens is still managed by the Lindy Family. A recent multi-million dollar renovation modernized Sedgwick Gardens, while retaining its historic charm. Today, Sedgwick Gardens is a crown jewel of West Mount Airy.

In 1961, second generation Philip Lindy, and brother Alan, built Westgate Arms in Jefferson, Montgomery County. Almost 50 years later, Westgate Arms remains proudly presented by the Lindy Family. From the 1950s to the 1960s, the Lindy Brothers built over 1000 new apartments and 2000 new homes. During the 1960's, 70's, and 80's, together, Philip and wife Annabel, expanded Lindy Property Management throughout Philadelphia and surrounding counties.

In the 1980s, third generation Frank and Alan came on board. The family's services extended to new construction (The Enclaves), Student Housing (YoNo and Academia Suites), for sale condominiums, and a full service Senior lifestyle housing at The Yorkhouse. We are equally proud of the refined life-style at The Park at Westminster and Warrington Crossings in Bucks County, the Crossings at Stanbridge in Lansdale, and other premier communities throughout Philadelphia and Montgomery Counties.
