Staff if friendly and responsive. The dog park and dog community is super for the dogs and their owners. Tenant community is diverse and sociable.
Nice apartment building, cool units (especially the renovated ones), great sense of community and security. Management is pretty nice. Staff friendly and courteous in general (there will always be exceptions even on Mars!).
We have thoroughly enjoyed our time at Edgewater. It is a great community in a very good location, especially for people with young children and/or pets. The property is clean and well maintained and the staff is always friendly.
Great place to live! In the perfect location! Outstanding and personable management and maintenance staff. Wouldn't live anywhere else in Philly!
Overall, we are very happy with our move to Edgewater. The move-in day was seamless and hassle free. We are in love with our unit, due to its interior layout as well as the views we get outside. The proximity to the running trail is great and urges me to stay healthy. The close location the major highways is a plus for work. Having a parking garage for us and the guests is a huge plus factor to have family and friends visit. The area of Philadelphia is great as it has the benefits of living in a city but also still feels very residential.
