The building is clean and the amenities are well within the price range of the area and the apartment. I cook daily and the privacy of my own laundry room is an added plus. I enjoy living at Cloverly Park Apartments and have recommended it to my friends.

The apartment itself is great for a single person. Plenty of space which makes it comfortable. It also keeps my utility bills at a good level. There are two things that kept this rating from being excellent such that there is no heat availability in the bathroom making it one cold winter, getting up and going to an almost freezing bathroom. The other thing is the noise level, being that the apartments are not carpeted, neighbors are not considerate in keeping their noise level and steps at a min
