Chestnut Hall is one of the best places to live in University City. The staff are very kind, the way they handle and provide service is excellent! I have been living here for 2 years, and have happily renewed my lease for another year.
Chestnut Hall Apartments is a very nice and convenient place to live in. It is located very near to all stores and other facilities. The apartment itself is clean and well-maintained. The support staff and very polite, friendly and helpful.
It is a clean apartment and everything works fine. As an international student, it was really convenient for me to sign the lease and move-in. My questions were being answered quickly!

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.

Major Cross Streets On 39th St between Sansom St and Chestnut St. Take 95 to Route 676 to 76 east. Exit to Market Street. Continue to follow Market street and make a left on to 39th Street. Directly after the first traffic light Chestnut Hall will be on your right. From Franklin Field go West on Walnut to 39th and Walnut make a right turn. Community is 1 Block up on the left. When approaching Chestnut Hall from Chestnut Street there is a large mural with an airplane on the wall that says Chestnut Hall. The community is located on the corner of 39th St. and Chestnut St. It isthe large building with green awnings.
