I have mostly great things to say about the apartment complex. It is in a great location and is reasonably priced. I've only had to contact the maintenance staff a few times, and every time they were courteous and fixed the problem quickly. Whenever I have guests they always have nice comments about the community. The only problem I've had while living there is the CO alarm kept going off and it was because of trace amounts of CO. This happened 5 times before they resolved the issue.
Basement has been flooded for over a month now. No one has come to pump out the six inches of water that the washer and dryer are sitting in.
The apartment is very large in every space except the kitchen which desperately needs to be renovated. The building is very old (1930s-40s) and has probably not been given all the care it needs. There are water stains on the ceiling, the floors squeak so much they act as an alarm system, and the water heater was so inefficient we needed to get a new one. Aside from the technical difficulties the apartment itself is very large and spacious. It feels safe because Drexle Security is always around.
property office and maintenance availability have been reduced rent rises systematically while little is done to improve the apartments i like living here but the satisfaction is being tested by decline in service and amenities
Building itself was mediocre, management was difficult to get in contact with and hard to communicate with. Several billing issues were never fully investigated and the contact person seemed to change every time. Very hard to deal with. Only really good thing was the location.
