It's definitely a great choice for living in center city. It has a great location, just several blocks away from rittenhouse square, and it won't take too long to get to university city or museum area. It has great facilities too, and people living here are nice and helpful. I enjoy the ease of application here as well as the flexibility of leasing term. I recommend 2116 chestnut to everybody wants to enjoy good life in Philly!

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
