Parking is becoming a serious issue. I work late & after 9 at night it is very hard to find a spot in the whole lot.

Main gripes are service and maintenance issues. The washers and dryers on many floors take many calls and WEEKS to service. HVAC system is as old as the bldg (60s?) and A/C costs a TON to run. My previous apt was mice infested. WORTHLESS exterminator, would fix one spot and leave - but mice were entering from EVERYWHERE. Had to move to upper floor, but think it's finally under control. So still very satisfied overall. lol Excellent security, clean premises, love the swimming pool (small fee).
