I have lived here for almost a year, and in that time, I never had to wait more than a few days, maximum, if there was something I needed. If there WAS something I needed, I was ALWAYS treated with respect and kindness. I usually ended up laughing because the gentlemen that came in to do the work genuinely seemed to care about what they were doing, but also the tenants. If I ever had an emergency, the office was so nice, and so accommodating, and very understanding and was always helpful.
This is an awesome place to live the maintenence staff is awesome and responds quickly to any problems u have and fix them promptly also very friendly the office staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable and will help u with anything u need help with very quiet neighborhood beautiful place inside and out
The community is nice and friendly. If I have an issue I don't feel like it will never get resolved.
The maintenance staff is always WONDERFUL here at Oxford Manor! We submitted the service request Sunday evening, and Monday maintenance addressed the issue we had. They are always very prompt and do a fantastic job with addressing the issues we report. They are one of the reasons we enjoy living in this community.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
