Well managed without being intrusive.
Units are very nice, modern, with very good appliances. Virtually no noise from neighbors through the walls. Allowing large pets is a huge plus for us, however some people do not use the doggy bags provided at the stations to clean up after their pets. Being able to park on the street if you have guests is nice, and the park, dog park etc. are all very nice inclusions. Rent is towards the high end, but you get what you pay for in most aspects.
The place is quiet ... 2115 Quail Hollow is a dream come true ... We moved here from Mobile, Al, which had a lot of 'ghetto youth' ... perhaps very quiet for some, but we absolutely love t here.
The overall environment, neighborhood, and townhomes are all very pleasant. Also, the office and maintenance staff are exceptionally attentive to our needs.
Very clean neighborhood, maintenance response superb. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
