They are very fast and will do a lot to make you happy! I have requested maintenance and even small repairs and they did it very quickly! They even replaced my screen door because it looked a little old and had one small rip in it
As a resident of five years, I have had a excellent experience living in Delbrook Manor Apts. The complex is in a great location. Everything I need is within a two-five mile radius, ie shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The maintenance department always deliver quality service, and always show up when schedule. And are quite friendly and professional I may add. Never a problem with any neighbors, such a pleasant community. Management are always pleasant and helpful.
I love my apartment at Delbrook. I have always felt safe and secure here. Not to mention that if I need anything attended too, the maintenance staff are FANTASTIC!!

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
