Very high Rent, Poor landscaping, these days Parking in your block is a very big challenge. Should have at least one reserved parking for each residents and should have some open parking for visitors. If you're late from office we have park 3 to 4 blocks away. This is really making our life horrible especially during storm with family and kids.
My only complaint is finding a parking spot, and the amount of traffic with excess speeds, and children on their bikes without supervision. I have really loved my stay at Westgate, and all the amazing people I have had the opportunity of getting to know.
