The leasing process, from first contact through being shown a sample apartment and managing the details of lease signing were handled with a friendly, professional and welcoming manner. I would rate this a 10 on a 10 point scale. 2 disappointments: No post move in inspection for maintenance issues and poor response to my inability to access the building security system.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
