A GREAT Place to live...I absolutely LOVE it here!!!
I am so convinced that I made the right decision to come to live here at Greentree Village..I have no complaints or negative things to say about the community...I LOVE it here!!!Everyone from the office staff..to maintenance staff...has been nothing but nice and helpful!Thank you for everything you all do!!
I have been dissatisfied with some of the conditions in living here. The apartments are not efficient as far as heating and air-conditioning. Have had problems with privacy and continual noise coming from the back apartment. I do not intend on renewing my lease.
I am satisfied overall - I'm not particularly looking for a "sense of community" or "recreational activities" - I like my complex because I feel safe, it's well cared for, maintenance is quick, and it's a nice layout. However, I'm extremely annoyed at the recent offer of reserved parking for $25 per month. Parking has never been a problem before and the layout of the buildings make it unlikely to get parking directly near each unit anyway - so it's not worth the $25 extra. It would have been better received overall if the invitation included an idea of whether rent would increase with a renewal so that tenants know what they could be actually looking at cost-wise.
My rent goes up every year without improvement to our units. I think paying almost a thousand dollars a month is pushing it. They are decent, but not that decent. We have been here almost five years and and our rent has increased 450.00 plus water/sewer and trash, never has been any improvements. Our spring inspection items have not yet been completed. Not sure of the smoke alarm requirements in the units, but what if something were to happen in bathroom or hallway where one was removed. Not sure about that one?

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
