Love how connected with the community the staff is, both front desk and maintenance. They'd drop everything to help with the smallest of problems, and it's comforting to know that we truly do have people working to make living here the best experience possible.
I just feel that for the amount of money that I pay for rent and the quality of the appliances are not equal. I also think that unfortunately with the old dishwasher and refrigerator I have is creating my electricity costs to be higher. Overall, I like the area and the office staff, I just am not completely happy with the amount I am paying for what I have.
I have been extraordinarily pleased with the staff's response to the winter weather. It is such a relief to know the parking area and sidewalks will be thoroughly treated and cleared in a timely fashion.
Bob is an excellent maintenance man and has always addressed issues promptly.

This complex has appeared to be going backwards with the level of new residents . The local police activity in the community has increased immensely over the past year. Residents are not notified of any suspicious or illegal activity going on in the community.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
