The office staff & Maintenance Crew are awesome & prompt! My apartment is just the right size, & if, IF something needs to be repaired, it's done right the first time. The pool doesn't hurt either!
Love how connected with the community the staff is, both front desk and maintenance. They'd drop everything to help with the smallest of problems, and it's comforting to know that we truly do have people working to make living here the best experience possible.
I just feel that for the amount of money that I pay for rent and the quality of the appliances are not equal. I also think that unfortunately with the old dishwasher and refrigerator I have is creating my electricity costs to be higher. Overall, I like the area and the office staff, I just am not completely happy with the amount I am paying for what I have.
I have been extraordinarily pleased with the staff's response to the winter weather. It is such a relief to know the parking area and sidewalks will be thoroughly treated and cleared in a timely fashion.
Bob is an excellent maintenance man and has always addressed issues promptly.
Your survey suggests you're seeking a 'sense of community' but the yearly rental increases are too much for people to stay very long.
