I enjoy living here. They're understanding and quick to respond to your needs.
Parking is somewhat interesting to find if you do not get a designated parking spot. Due to mobility issues of my knees and ankles, we decided to invest in a private spot, which helped secure a place at our apartment instead of taking a chance at availability. But staff was great to work with in order to procure this spot.
My 3 bedroom townhome is gorgeous and the grounds around it are kept pristine. Everyone I have had to deal with have been more than accommodating and helpful. They always greet you with a smile and any request I have had, has been handled quickly and efficiently. I truly LOVE living here.
The Brookside truck parked in front of 10 Waverly takes up a desirable space for residents.
I feel each unit of residency should be allotted 1 designated parking space without any extra charge or rent increase. There is clearly not enough parking and to charge residents extra for something I feel should be included in the rent is insulting.
Also, the Gym is a great feature, however, it needs a fresh coat of paint, the machines need a good cleaning as well as the carpeting could stand to be replaced or a good cleaning as well. Overall, a great place to live and very happy excited to see the new landscaping improvements.
