There are some days I notice a trash smell and stains on the carpet, it eventually gets cleaned up, but it would be nice to have that taken care of daily.
The apartment is perfect - it is everything that I could ever ask for in a residence. I will say that the policy to terminate the lease early is a little ridiculous - life happens; someone should not be subjected to pay ~$5,000 to break a lease when 2 months notice is required.
What were the designers thinking? The building is architecturally attractive from the inside out but it overlooks a busy gas station. If you're a light sleeper, move on - there is non-stop truck and car traffic 24 hrs. a day. Most town centers would have used the fountain as the central focus - oh well, it's an apartment, it is temporary.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
