Fitness room: clock in the wall, wipes are very dry and inefficient.
Maintenance staff: Fantastic! We've had multiple small issues pop up and they always take care of it right away and do a great job! They also did well handling the boiler breaking on Xmas.
Maintenance staff is very kind.
The homes are so spacious and beautifully renovated! My husband and I are so happy with our home and how much storage it has. I love that there is a full bathroom in the master bedroom, and love even more how much natural light there is! Management and maintenance at Abrams is easily accessible and very quick with response times.
I would like to extend my lease another 9 months but am not willing to have it go up another $100 per month.
There really is no sense of community
It would make a difference if picnic tables were put around the spaces in between buildings and or some community event like a picnic or Barbecue

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
