We have lived here for almost a decade and have falling in love with the area and our neighbors, many of which have been here longer then us. It's a very quiet area and close to all the major things one would need. The staff does a great job keeping things modernized and up to date. By far one of the best places we have lived.
Wynmere Chase is not an apartment complex, it is home. It's a nice neighborhood setting tucked quietly near the power line trail which leads to the library and some local parks . I love having a garden to plant in, 2 parking spaces, and laundry in my home. I've had a few small maintenance calls and they were all handled quickly. Snow removal and salting is done very timely. Highly recommended.
Wynmere Chase is a wonderful apartment community in which live. The Property Manager and Maintenance are amazing!! They both make the tenants their top priority and are very friendly!! The apartment homes are beautiful and very well maintained. The outside grounds have great curb appeal. I absolutely love living at Wynmere Chase and I'm proud to call it Home!
Happy with office and maintenance service and with our apartment in general. Being on the 1st floor the noise level could be better from above but I guess that's the price you pay for the 1st floor.
I think Wynmere has been a great place to live. My wife and I love our apartment and the community surrounding it. Horsham is a great neighborhood close to supermarkets, restauarants, gas stations, and most of all our jobs.
