The office personnel are always friendly, upbeat, and positive. The work orders are always taken care of promptly. My concerns are addressed and action has been taken which confirms that my concerns have been heard.

My first apartment has been here with Twin Lakes and I couldn't have asked for better service or living conditions. During the winter Twin Lakes maintained the properties very well under the circumstances of inclement weather. The leasing office is very friendly as well as responsive to any concerns I've had in the past 10 months of me living here.
My kids and I are extremely happy in our apartment. We rarely have maintenance issues, but when we do, the guys are very helpful and prompt in their assistance. If I ever have to go to the office, the office staff is friendly and courteous. I have no complaints at all.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
