The Aspen Hill staff has been very prompt and professional whenever there is a concern. The maintenance workers are very professional. They help whenever there is an issue. I am very appreciative of how well the grounds are kept. Every morning the maintenance staff cleans up loose trash, keeping the grounds very clean and kept.
We love living at Aspen Hill! Our apartment is spacious for a one-bedroom apartment and is very quiet. We never hear our neighbors next door. We make use of the tennis courts, pool and gym often. We have had no problems with management since moving in two years ago. Whenever we have a question or an issue, they promptly and professionally address the situation. When we submit a work order, it is addressed the same day or the next day.
Any problems that we have are immediately solved or the correct people are contacted to fix the problem.
The office staff and especially the maintenance supervisor and staff are excellent in every way. I moved here from Pittsburgh, PA and feel very lucky to have picked this apartment complex to make my home. It is always clean and well kept.
As far as the maintenance is excellent. The safety is great. overall they do a very great job. Crime rate is low. grounds is groomed well and complex is very clean.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
