Although I think Huntingdon Woods is located in a beautiful area. For the money that is spent monthly on rent, I can find better amenities in the city. The pool needs to be maintained better. Lawn chairs replaced (dirty). Repairs are not done in a timely fashion. The homes are extremely drafty in the winter causing a hefty heating bill. Rent is very expensive and not very competitive neighboring properties. Its very hard to stay long term because of the yearly increase. NO ONE can afford this
Apt was remodeled prior to me moving in -- bathrooms and kitchen. Very happy about this !! Very disappointed windows and heating / AC were not also replaced / upgraded. Electric bills are completely unacceptable - due to inefficient heat / AC systems. Landscaping is also extremely disappointing. For $1,700+ a month, I should receive a little more ...
