Clean, safe, convenient
Our Property Manager went out of her way to accommodate us in getting the best apartment for our needs. Since then, she's been nothing but helpful and cooperative in handling all of our request. The maintenance crew is great too.
I feel this complex is safe, well maintained and priced fairly. The staff led by Danielle is always responsive even when I feel I am asking for too much they are happy to help with any problem. I tell anyone looking to move to this area to check out Fonthill
The grounds are kept immaculate. Staff responds to concerns quickly. Staff and maintenance crew are great!

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
From the PA Turnpike, take the Doylestown exit. Keep right and merge onto 611 North(Easton Rd)Continue for approximately 15-20 minutes. At the split between Easton Road and the Doylestown exit, stay to the left. Follow to the Route 313 exit and turn right at the top of the ramp so that you are on route 313. Take to the 2nd street light which is Main Street and turn right. Follow on Main Street to the 2nd traffic light and make a left onto Fonthill Drive. You will see Fonthill Apartments on both sides of Fonthill Drive. The office is located off of the first parking area in the H building.
