I have lived on the property for 9 1/2 years. I'm the type of resident that tried to not bother neighbors, not demand from my landlord, and enjoy my home. The experience for the time that i've resided here has been everything that I expected. On the few occassions I've needed management for assistance, it has been prompt and resolving. The location of my apartment has given me the opportunity to want to remain here because of the location.
Buildings are in a nice neighborhood. The surrounding houses and landscaping are old enough to look natural and comfortable. Maintenance is done in a timely fashion and management is easy to deal with and reasonable.
good location, not having control over the heat is problematic at times. I wish the lease allowed for early release with 60 days notice, without having to pay a full month's rent. My job is coming to an end in June but I have to stay until September. Summer is the time people look for apartments and one would think Marshall would want to take advantage of that rather than wait until the school year has started.
I think there are some updates that can definitely be done within the apartments. They are older. Some of the fixtures could be replaced. Not asking for the best of the best just a little more updated.
They have come right away to fix or look at anything I have called about .
