Everything is good, need to give more stress on cleaning the surrounding areas, roads.
The only issue that I have come across is that there are not enough electrical outlets in the kitchen.
We love living here. The office staff is excellent. When you put in a complaint, they are right on it. My biggest complaint is the spiders, ants, centipedes and the mice. Having those make it hard to relax and walk around in your bare feet. However, I don't blame that on the office staff. It's just an issue that has to be dealt with.
The carpet in my unit is so dirty and stained it should have been replaced before I moved in. The bathrooms are both in need of desperate upgrades including the toilets, bath/showers, sinks, cabinets, flooring and lighting. The kitchen is also in desperate need of upgrades including, the appliances, the sink and plumbing, the counters, the cabinets, the flooring and the lighting. The air conditioners in the two bedrooms do not work. The miniblinds throughout are dirty and dated and should be replaced. There should be a ceiling fan with lighting in the living room in addition to being in the dining room. Last, when we moved in there was hair and filth throughout the unit, perhaps your housekeeper should where cleaning gloves and hair net so they don't leave behind their hair or anything else.
I wish the hot water would last longer when I shower in the morning. It's not cold, but it goes warm near the end of my shower.
