We love living here. The office staff is excellent. When you put in a complaint, they are right on it. My biggest complaint is the spiders, ants, centipedes and the mice. Having those make it hard to relax and walk around in your bare feet. However, I don't blame that on the office staff. It's just an issue that has to be dealt with.

Would really like to see the bills separated for each apartment. I feel they are extremely high. I haven't had a normal rent payment since I moved in. Gas is way too high for keeping my thermostat below 70 and turning it off on warmer days I think the bill is outrageously high. Also would like to see more washer and dryers in the apartments. One for 6 units is not enough. Could definitely use another pet area. Everytime I take my dogs over to play I don't normally get in. Would love to have an apartment with a patio but must jump through hoops to sign up for one, too much of a hassle. Needs more insulation, second floor neighbors can be quite loud at all hours, late night early morning.
