Apartments have either 1 or 2 bathrooms, with new granite top vanities. Washers/dryers in the buildings with 24 hour access. There is ample free parking. Cold and hot water is included.

i appreciate when there is a problem someone is very prompt on the issue. they will come out many times until the issue is resolved. The neighbors and the employess are very nice and respectful. The best thing is they dont raise the rent every year they take in consideration of there tenents and i love that about the BRIDGEWATER APPTS. THANKS

The staff are very friendly, and maintenance has always been quick to respond to any issues. Also, they do an excellent job with snow removal during the winter!
I have lived here almost 20 years and just love it.
It is one of the best apartments that I've stayed in. However, there are a few improvements that could be made. We do not have great drainage in either our bathtub or the kitchen sink. It fairly easily gets clogged. Also, there are quite a few large bugs that have been seen in our apartment so better windows and other preventive measures to prevent these bugs would be nice.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
