Prime location..very near to 99 bus stop, Indian grocery store, and dollar store, pharmacy nearby . Also maintenance team is very friendly and professional.. I have throughouly enjoyed my 3.5 years here..would surely recommend..
The service here is excellent. Whenever something needs fixing, their response is immediate.
the apartment had all new furnishings when I moved in. The maintenance team are always friendly and taking any issues that i have on a timely manner.
Overall, we are very satisfied with Colony Arms: apartment needs are met efficiently. upkeep of buildings seem to be efficient. Snow removal during storms could be improved.
The main catch point for colony arms was good management plus free heating. Now free heating is going off from this winter and hence I could not give excellent.
But below for staff i have given excellent since that remains unchanged.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
