I have been a long time resident here for many years and I expect to live here for many more. The maintenance staff here have quickly responded to the very few repair problems I have had here with expert skill and service. The grounds and building are very clean and well kept. The office staff have been very pleasant and professional in making Mattison House a comfortable place to live in Ambler, PA
We've lived here going on 4 years now and we adore it. Our neighbors have become friends, Peter is great and accommodating. Our place is cozy. I just wish they'd stop raising the rent yearly.
Would have given it an excellent rating but I had a problem with Wasps that made it unsafe for me to bring family over. (Allergy)
I would have liked a larger kitchen. However, the bedrooms are very roomy.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. From the PA Turnpike: take exit 339- Ambler/Fort Washington and stay right. Take Route 309 North to the first exit, Highland Avenue. Make a left onto Highland Avenue at the end of the exit ramp. Follow to the first traffic light and make a right onto Bethlehem Pike. The Mattison House is the second building on the left.
