Telling the residence who use the railing as a clothes line is not permitted and should be requested to stop or ????
Even though the fee is small I am not happy with account maintenance fee add to the monthly bill. If email is available for many other services why not a monthly rent bill and eliminate the fee for those who sign up for paperless billing? Rent is high enough with no amenities included
My apartment is as porous as swiss cheese when it comes to cold air flowing into it.
There needs to be a better way for parking lot maintenance. With the main parking lot being off limits for 48 hours it leaves the residents with very limited parking. Many residents are also parked illegally which causes driving hazards when they are parked on the side of the street that clearly says no parking. This needs to be enforced. I am very upset and annoyed and feel extremely inconvenienced.
Bath rub and bath sink need to be acid washed.
Too many parking places are reserved near my building.
