I mostly like everything in the apartment complex. Especially because the maintenance department is very quick. I would rather the floors not be carpet.
I got a very good apartment with a newly renovated kitchen. The bathroom has not been recently renovated but it is in good state as all the rest of the apartment. Being at the last floor it makes it more nice.
I had issues with the furnitures and a broken pipe in the bathroom as soon as I entered but the SouthMountain team was very proactive and efficient in solving very quickly all these issues.
If I really have to make a comment is on the common laundry: the machines are quite old but working.
