It's very quiet like living in the woods because of no threw streets. All the neighbors are very nice and everyone helps each other.
Allendale is quick to respond to any issues you may be having....either great or minor. The DO allow dogs which is extremely important to us, and the grounds are kept very clean!
All personnel located in the rental office are always very cordial and eager to assist with anything. The ground are always kept well groomed and maintenance personnel are always very helpful, leaving my residence clan anytime they enter for maintenance reasons.
We downsized and relocated from NY to PA, and here, 5 years ago. The staff was extremely accommodating in helping us settle in. We loved that our apartment was secluded yet also near shopping and transportation. It was easy to get from our parking spot to our apartment. We were most impressed with the maintenance staff. Anytime there was an issue, which was rare, it was handled quickly and professionally. We enjoyed using the pool, playground and gym. We will remember this place fondly.
The management and maintenance staff are excellent. Everyone is extremely professional and is always available to assist the residents in all matters. Within a few hours of reporting a problem whether it be an outside light out, appliance problems, etc. anything - it is fixed or replaced within the same business day. I can't imagine that anyone who is looking for a well maintained apartment home with tennis courts, swimming pool, fitness center would want to live anywhere else
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
