The view from my apartment is very nice, and is located near a dog park and walking trail on the property. The walls are insulated well, so I do not hear any freeway noise at night on the inner side of the property, as well as limited noise from neighbors. The apartments are very nicely designed. The office and maintenance staff are all very friendly and quick to respond to questions. Minor complaints: occasional noise from pipes, mold on windows, lighting and arcing, parking.
On-site management has been very helpful and easy to work with. The on time I had a maintenance issue it was resolved quickly. The units have a functional layout and the project is well maintained. The neighbors are quite and friendly.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Apartments are kept in good condition. Parking is good for an apartment complex.
Any problems I have had have been addressed in a timely manner.
Location and proximity to shopping, the freeway, gas station, movie theatre etc. Grounds are well taken care of. Management responsive to minor repairs and sent over maintenance following day. Walking trails for the dogs are kept clean, access to doggie bags through out facility.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
